The target Beta path is verification through the approved Mission Companion when it can verify the active Mission reliably.
When Companion verification is unavailable or disputed, the Mission owner can use the governed manual confirm or report fallback for eligible submissions.
A confirmed participation becomes verified and receives its configured Credit reward exactly once. A reported participation becomes rejected and records a reason.
The reward for an existing Mission is based on the Credit snapshot stored when that Mission was created.
